John is integral to the permitting, design and construction activities at SV+P.  Prior to co-founding SV+P, John was Executive Vice President at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and was responsible for all of the firm's real estate activities, leading the permitting, design and construction teams for each of the firm's projects in Greater Boston including 2,500+ units of multifamily and condominium developments.

 

John started his career as a Construction Project Manager at Lend Lease before working as a Development Project Manager for Urban Edge.

 

John holds a MS in Real Estate Development from MIT and graduated with honors from Lafayette College with degrees in Engineering Management and Economics & Business.

 

John was born and raised in Massachusetts and currently resides in Watertown.
