We acquired the site in an off-market transaction after obtaining approvals for a 100% market-rate development comprised of 228 units and 1,200 SF of retail area in a 7-story building.
The Project will benefit and be marketed as a luxury apartment community conveniently located walking distance to the Lynn waterfront between Revere Beach and Nahant Beach.
Nearby, the 31-acre HarborPark revitalization project is scheduled to open in 2025. In addition, Lynn was awarded a $20+ million RAISE Grant to transform the Lynnway into a complete-streets transit corridor including dedicated bus lanes, shared bike lanes, and public open space.
